John C. Fleming O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Fleming is a graduate of Southern California College of Optometry, and has been in private practice for over 20 years. He specializes in treating refractive disorders of the eyes and is also certified to treat external eye diseases. Dr. Fleming fits all types of contact lenses. He also does lasik consultations as well as pre and post operative exams for one of the most respected lasik centers in San Diego.

Austin Tran, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Austin Tran earned his Doctor of Optometry degree with high honors (cum laude) from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. Through his training and various externships, Dr. Austin has gained extensive experience in treating and managing ocular diseases, binocular vision disorders, complex contact lens fittings, and the co-management of pre- and post-operative surgical care.

Anna Markson, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Anna Markson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. She went on to complete a residency in Ocular Disease and Low Vision/Acquired Brain Injury Optometry at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System in West Haven, where she performed disease-oriented comprehensive exams for a largely geriatric population and conducted functional vision assessments for patients with visual impairments and acquired brain injuries.

George Barrera

ABOC-Optical Lead

George Barrera is American Board of Opticianry Certified. He has been a serving the San Diego community as an optician for over 10 years. He was born and raised in San Diego and spends his free time hanging out with his wife and 3 children. In his early days he toured San Diego as a part of a local band! Feel free to ask him about his love for music and eyes! 

Donna Forte

Optician

Donna has previously worked as an optician/office manager for over 20 years.  Her dedication and genuine passion for promoting eye health while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, and heard can be seen in every interaction she has. She is dedicated to continuously learning and growing in her role, while supporting the team in delivering high-quality, personalized care. She has 3 children with even more grandchildren to keep her occupied!
